Dreams

One may believe dreams are reserved for that period when you are in REM sleep... Or that it is a fantasy world to cope with the day's events. Or that it is a childhood fantasy that cannot be realised simply because of reality.
I disagree. Sometimes dreams do come true. Sometimes the impossible and improbable does happen. Sometimes something so divine and pure that you doubt you are worthy of it.... does happen.
There are some things in this world that will never change. Some things do change.

My friend in New York

Fantastic Autumn

Today my daughter taught me something
Submitted by pwnell on Sun, 05/27/2007 - 20:27For the first time in my daughter's life (she is 3 years old now), she taught me something I did not know.
She kept on saying the word "Miscreants" and I kept on telling her I know no such word - that she must have misheard it (she claims she heard it whilst watching Ice Age 2). Well, much to my surprise when my wife just showed me there is indeed such a word - it means "a person who behaves badly or in a way that breaks the law".
I guess this is the start of a great new kind of relationship... Next time I better listen and learn!
