This is an example of a great error message. It contains three parts crucial to a user friendly message. The first part is a description of what went wrong. The second part is why it went wrong, and the third part is how to work around it. I just wish most error messages were as good as this - it is from EagleFiler, a superb utility to organize stuff.
HDR in NYC

You will note that although there is no highlight or shadow clipping (the 1Ds3 has an astonishing 11.3 stops it can capture), the image lacks punch. This was one of three photos I took handheld and here is the HDR:
My friend in New York
