Here are a couple of tank construction shots, as well as the general progression of the tank itself:

Added RO water and heated to proper temperature.

Full Tank Shot Initial tank setup 2 Nov '07 Added Tropic Marine Pro Reef salt and waiting for it to mix.  The Tunze Stream is circulating the water.
Full Tank Initial tank setup  4 Nov '07  Live rock was added, and a day later I added 200kg of oolitic aragonite sand.  Tank extremely cloudy from adding sand after the water was already in.

After the water cleared enough, I removed all the LR (which was just placed loosely on top of the sand.

It took 4 hours but I think the aquascaping is absolutely stunning.  It is viewable from 3 sides and has many caves in many dimensions.

Full tank Initial tank setup  11 Nov '07  Water is now perfectly clear.  Tank is ready for the first creatures. 
Full tank Initial tank setup  26 Nov '07  Tank has been running now for 2 weeks.  Parameters are stable and the fish seem happy.
